Break Your Addiction to Overthinking, Worry, and Obsessing

Have you ever found yourself slipping down the rabbit hole of overthinking, caught in a thought loop that you want to get out of but can't? Do you find yourself ruminating on things that can't be solved? If you say yes, you're not alone. For many of us, our brains — which have a built-in negative bias — are running the show. Nancy Colier, psychotherapist, mindfulness teacher, and author of the new book Can’t Stop Thinking, will explain that by relaxing and letting go, you can stop trying to control and figure out your life. She will show you how to stop believing that all your thoughts are true and how to feel less anxious, angry, and afraid. You will learn how to experience yourself as more than just your thoughts.
