We all want to age well and stay independent as long as possible. But when you start making plans for that, it’s easy to get overwhelmed by all the emotions that come up. The thought of an Alzheimer’s diagnosis, of making sure our children know our wishes in an emergency, or of the sudden loss of a partner can be totally debilitating. Mim Senft and Karina Muller are co-founders of Motivity Care, a program that helps simplify caregiving. Together they’ll help guide us to a better relationship with our own humanness and aging, and to an understanding that being prepared and then acting on that can be a gift to ourselves and those we love.

There’s no denying that change is hard, but we all have the ability to accept change for what it is: an opportunity. Change can be a fresh start – we just have to treat it as one. In this workshop, Jane Enright, author of "Butter Side Up", teaches us how to look at change positively, inspires us to look for what makes us happy, and helps us strategize when responding to change. You’ll come to see that if you can overcome change, you can do anything.

" You’ve been introducing yourself all wrong. Don’t start with your job – that’s boring! Introductions should be memorable! You want to stand out, not have people saying: “what was their name again?” This workshop will help you lift the storytelling fog that creates cloudy introductions that lack power and interest. In a group setting, we'll get to the core of what inspires you. And in the process, you will discover you have a unique story to tell that can become a literal hook for your emerging narrative. Greg Monaco is a story coach and entrepreneur, who works with people across all walks of life to help refine their voices and create dream opportunities. "
