Silvia Peterson
Silvia Peterson is a 35+ year veteran of the Restaurant Industry. As an industrial engineer, Silvia has created solutions that make working in a restaurant easier. Her last Corporate job was to start the department at Starbucks in 2000 when the coffee company had just over 2000 locations.
For the past 11 years, Silvia has been consulting and bringing her expertise to more than 40 brands. In 2020, during the COVID restaurant consulting pause Silvia dusted off her passion project to teach happiness and created her online signature course: Happy Starts With You. Each week for 8 weeks a small group of women gather to learn how to improve their happiness with Silvia as their guide.
