Beverley Caen
Beverley Caen is a motivating and performance-driven Executive Leadership Coach whose professional experience empowers her to truly understand and inspire her clients. She coaches at all levels, from CEOs and executive leadership teams to high potentials, business owners, and entrepreneurs. She uses her unique perspective and coaching style to enhance leadership development, communication skills, goal setting, decision-making, and team integration. Beverley also works with teams to maximize productivity and performance.
Beverley came to Conductive from the NYU Stern Business School’s Career Center for Working Professionals. Beverley ran an Executive Search firm in the Financial Services industry for over a decade following 11 years working in Institutional Equity Sales. She covered clients nationally, including both large Asset Managers and top tier Hedge Funds, for Citigroup, UBS, and Alliance Bernstein. With a successful career in Finance and her Executive Search business, Beverley has a thorough understanding of a wide spectrum of careers, which gives her the expertise to coach effectively in many areas.
Beverley’s clients span a broad range of industries and diverse career paths including Financial Services, Healthcare, Marketing, Management Consulting, Luxury & Retail, Entrepreneurial/Start-Ups, and Media. Her professional experience and coaching technique help her clients achieve their individual professional goals and gain the leadership skills necessary to get them to their next level.

Sharon Weinreb

She facilitates teams and coaches globally by leveraging her expertise working with diverse cultures in multiple industries, including Financial Services, Transportation, Human Resources, IT, Legal, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Media. Prior to Conductive, Sharon spent 10 years in talent management as a Director for a full-service staffing/executive search firm; an entrepreneur, she owned and eventually sold a successful business and worked as a trainer and director in the healthcare and non-profit sectors.
Sharon’s exceptional intuition and people acumen empowers her to gain quick and impactful assessments of each person’s strengths, patterns of behavior and barriers to success; combined with highly developed data-centric methodologies, she helps her clients turn insights into action and take their organizations, leadership, and careers to the next level.
