Tracey Ryan
A trained herbalist, Tracey Ryan founded the natural skincare range Bia and now guides all stages of formulation, development, and production for the plant-based products within Codex Beauty. Inspired by her passion for nature, Ryan studied organic horticulture and sustainable development at An t-lonad Glas, The Organic College, in Dromcollogher, Ireland, and also holds an advanced degree in herbal science from the Cork Institute of Technology. Ryan has long been committed to supporting the Irish community of farmers and growers, using locally harvested ingredients and botanical-based extraction techniques in her work.

• How to make a bath salt blend with various salts & essential oils & botanical ingredients
• How to make an oat bath for those with eczema or very dry skin
• How to make facial treatments: an at-home AHA peel mask with pineapples, a moisture mask with oats, yogurt, and infused oils
• How to make a lip scrub with coconut oil and sugar
• Using plants from your garden in your self-care routines
