JoinLet's face it: All our strategies, all our well-laid plans for balancing work and parenting flew right out the window at the start of the pandemic. A year of having no easy decisions to make, no breaks, and no real clue about what the future will look like took its toll on all of us. But it also allowed for a reset, and Daisy Dowling, the Founder & CEO of Workparent, the training and coaching firm for working parents, is here to guide us through it. She'll talk about new tools and approaches for parents of older kids, how to prepare to strike out on your own when you also have parenting responsibilities, and how to create a workplace atmosphere that prioritizes both career and children.
Purchase a TicketDaisy Dowling is the author of Workparent: The Complete Guide to Succeeding on the Job, Staying True to Yourself, and Raising Happy Kids (Harvard Business Review Press, 2021).
