How You Can Overcome Your Emotional Blocks and Prepare Yourself for Your Future

We all want to age well and stay independent as long as possible. But when you start making plans for that, it’s easy to get overwhelmed by all the emotions that come up. The thought of an Alzheimer’s diagnosis, of making sure our children know our wishes in an emergency, or of the sudden loss of a partner can be totally debilitating. Mim Senft and Karina Muller are co-founders of Motivity Care, a program that helps simplify caregiving. Together they’ll help guide us to a better relationship with our own humanness and aging, and to an understanding that being prepared and then acting on that can be a gift to ourselves and those we love.
