What’s Holding Your Twenty Something Back? Insights and Strategies

Our generation of moms has been accused of all forms of over-parenting--from helicoptering during soccer tryouts to calling our adult child's boss if they don't get a raise. (We know, you wouldn't do that, but hey, it does happen!). So now (surprise! surprise!) we have many young adults who are riddled with anxiety about moving out of the nest and becoming independent. Therapist and coach, Paula Prentis, works with today's young adults and offers us insights about what stands in the way of our older childrens' progress, what creates anxiety, low self-esteem, or a feeling of being stuck. She will give us tips on how to help move our kids to self-efficacy.

Any number of factors including worry, distraction, stress, fear, self-doubt, poor habits or conflicting mindsets. Paula’s job is to get you back on track—to build your self-efficacy, set your goals, and plan the life you choose. For over twenty-five years, Paula has followed her passion to help people find their potentials and reach their goals.
