Dr Karen is a courageous Australian-born physician and after practicing traditional medicine for 8 years, she made a huge life shift and moved to America. Karen then completed a Master’s Degree in Psychology and is a certified health coach with The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Karen’s passion is deeply rooted in the concept of ‘creating health,’ and she possesses a unique talent for making complex information accessible to all, championing mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
